A Holiday Carol Flier - Gay Men's Chorus of Honolulu - FINAL

A Holiday Carol

Journey through the Holidays with Scrooge

A winter concert presented by
The Gay Men’s Chorus of Honolulu

Scrooge – a lonely, grumpy gay man – could care less about the holidays. On a mission to change his perspective and perhaps his life, the Spirits of each Season, with the help of the Gay Men’s Chorus of Honolulu, visit Scrooge one by one on the eve of the new year and take him on a journey through the Holidays. From Valentine’s Day, Fourth of July, Halloween, and finally to Christmas – can the Spirits change Scrooge’s point of view and make him come to understand the true spirit of each season?

We are delighted to present this concert at the
Historic Hawaii Theatre Center
under the direction of our new Artistic Director, Richard Bragdon.

Our 3rd Annual Pride Concert – It’s Raining Men!

March 27, 2015

Do you hear the thunder?

There’s a storm a coming, and it’s about to get wet!

Raining Men3-no'

Like drops of rain, we men come in various shapes and sizes:
tall, blonde, dark, and lean… rough and tough and fabulous!

Come top off your 2015 Pride Week festivities with the Gay Men’s Chorus of Honolulu and a celebration of men.  Together we’ll explore the many faces of the men we are and that we love.

Join the Gay Men’s Chorus of Honolulu on Pride Saturday for our 3rd annual Pride Concert.  We’ve set the time so you can grab dinner at one of the local restaurants near the theatre, and still have plenty of time afterwards for evening drinks.  Relax with us as we sing our way through songs about what it means to be a Man!

We are delighted to welcome Phil Hidalgo as our Guest Conductor for the Pride Concert.

The Gay Men’s Chorus of Honolulu’s mission is to sing, perform, and celebrate the voices of men, and to be a proud and visible part of the LGBTQ community in Hawai‘i.  Let us share our gift with you.  We will join our voices as one to bring vibrant choral music to the people of O‘ahu and the Hawaiian Islands, inspiring and uplifting the LGBTQ community and encouraging and affirming our larger community.
